LEYLAND BTR​ F.C.

Leyland BTR F.C. reformed in 2009. We reformed so youngsters in the area could continue to play football as a team, a philosophy that continues to this day. At Leyland BTR F.C. we enjoy watching our young players grow with confidence and progress both as individuals and as a team. Being a non profit club, we carry out fundraising events to assist with training equipment and other club essentials. We rely on volunteers helping to run the club and our teams, all of who have a passion for football and through their effort push our teams to succeed. We are proud to be a Charter Standard Club.

 

All of our coaches and commitee members are CRC checked and coaches either have or are working towards the FA Level 1 Coaching Certificate. 

 

We are continuously trying to grow our club with new ages groups and more children to benefit the local area. Football at Leyland BTR is not all about winning games; football provides a fantastic platform for progression both on and off the pitch not to mention what the individuals learn from being part of a team sport with a team ethic. Football provides youngsters with many life skills including teamwork, reliability, loyalty, responsibilty and confidence.

 

At Leyland BTR F.C. we are continuosly looking for volunteers to help our club grow who are as passionate about football as we are. Watching young players grow into strong players as well as strong people, knowing you have played a part in this progression, provides great satisfaction far surpassing any expectation.

 

Leyland BTR FC is a special club - a club where results don't mean everything - progressing as a team and youngsters enjoying their football is at the heart of everything we do and everything we strive for. We are proud of our teams and of our lads - we wouldn't change us for the world.
